We aim to support parents in making childcare arrangements as easy and stress free as possible.
The Nanny Collective was created in order to provide a platform for parents to connect with Early Childhood professionals who provide care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children in home environments.
With the transition to working parenthood being such an important step for many families, we aim to support parents in making childcare arrangements as easy and stress free as possible. We understand the difficulties many Australian families face when it comes to childcare and we hope to provide this industry with a variety of choice and flexibility.
The Australian nanny industry is mostly unregulated and with so many Australian parents seeking childcare alternatives, the nanny industry is growing rapidly. As a consequence, and with the recent implementation of the Australian Governments Nanny Pilot Program, the introduction of such regulating standards looks promising.
Here at The Nanny Collective we hold the belief that nannying is an important and valuable profession which needs to comply with a set of industry standards. Such standards need to encompass quality of care, early education and improved employment standards for nannies and carers.
We look forward to being instrumental advocates in this movement. Our candidates are evaluated based on a strict criteria that reflects our hopes for professionalising this very important industry.
