International Placement
The Nanny Collective specialises in the International Placement of Nannies and Household Staff. This service is primarily focussed on VVIP and VIP clients including Royal Families, Executive and Celebrity Families, Families of Government Officials as well as working Professional families.
Our network of Nannies and Household Staff is always expanding with most of our connections being Australian native English speakers in addition to English speakers from the United States of America, Canada, the UK, and New Zealand. The candidates we place are of the highest calibre. They are experienced, qualified, reliable and trustworthy.
Our service is both professional and personal and we pride ourselves on the care we take to find your family the right candidate. Our consultants are highly experienced in the recruitment and placement of staff throughout Australia and around the globe. We maintain the highest level of confidentiality and are not satisfied until we’ve found you a candidate who is the right fit.

Fees
- A Deposit of $350 USD is required to kickstart the recruitment process. This deposit is non-refundable.
- Once the deposit is settled we get to work crafting your advertisement and advertising both on our internal database and publicly. We then pre-screen potential candidates on their suitability for your position and if suitable, thoroughly interview, verify documents, and conduct reference checks.
- Upon making an offer of employment to one of our staff members we will require our Placement Fee to be settled.
- Non- Refundable Placement Fee: 15% of the employees net annual salary.
- We provide your family with a 4-week probation period with your nanny/household staff. If for any reason during these 4 weeks you do not wish to continue the staff members employment, we will gladly replace them and put forward another staff member for your role.
