Many have a background in early childhood education too, which shapes how they understand and support a child’s development. Our director, Peggy, understands this from every angle. She’s worked as a nanny herself, has a background in early childhood education, and is a mother too. That personal experience shapes everything about how we work with families and nannies alike.
