Some families prefer to hire a nanny themselves but donโt have the time or the resources to commit to what is a very consuming task.
Our team at the Nanny Collective can take care of the entire recruitment process for you.
PRICING
None of the below pricing is fixed or guaranteed. Prices vary depending on nanny experience and individual family needs and requirements.
- In most cases families can expect to pay approximately $35-45 p/h to their nanny.
- Once off Agency Fees for permanent nannies start from $1500 – $3000.
- We require a deposit to kickstart the recruitment process. The remainder placement fee is only expected to be paid once your family have had your nanny on for a 2 week probation period and you would like to continue working with them.
- Our initial daily Booking Fee for our temporary nannies is usually $80.
*different rates apply for hotel or corporate bookings.

OUR Comprehensive permanent NANNY SERVICE INCLUDES:
- Establishing your familiesโ unique needs andย drafting the advertisementย for your position
- Advertising your roleย to our nanny database (phone and email), website, job boards, social media, etc.ย
- Pre-screening and interviewย potential candidatesย
- Verifying candidatesโย Working with Children Checksย and First Aid Certificatesย
- Compiling a shortlistย of potential nannies and send nanny resumes for families to viewย
- Liaising with nannies and families toย schedule interviews
- Conducting candidatesโย child-related reference checks
- Providing aย 2-week probation period forย your selected nannyย
- Supplying your family with aย template Nanny/Familyย employment agreementย (recently drafted by lawyers)
- Supporting both partiesย during recruitment and beyond successful placementย
