Our professional and easy-going East Ryde-based family is searching for an experienced nanny who is active and fun and brings joy into children’s lives. Being reliable and responsible to the family is very important and the nanny is willing to build a positive relationship with children.

The ideal nanny has extensive nannying experience, a professional attitude and communication skills towards the children and family. The nanny should possess a bubbly and positive presence in their work a home setting environment and care about the wellbeing of the children. Try to take a positive reinforcement approach, making clear to the children when they have done something wrong then pointing out what they have done right and building on this.

Upon arriving, the nanny would do a grocery shop, then return home to prepare lunches and snacks for the children for the following day; then prepare a meal for the whole family for that evening.
